What are my delivery options
When you place an order, our system will offer you two options for Courier Delivery in South Africa.
- Flat Rate Economy: R 85-00
- Express Delivery: R 210-00
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE, contact us to arrange.

Your parcel will be dispatched with The Courier Guy and delivered to your door.
How long does delivery take
We dispatch all orders the same day of receiving payment into our accounts. We dispatch Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm all over South Africa.
- Economy delivery to main city centers: 2-3 working days
- Economy delivery to remote areas: 3-5 working days
- Express delivery to main city centers: 1-2 working days (if booked before 12:00)
- Express delivery to remote area: 3-4 working days (if booked before 12:00)
You can track the status of your parcel here portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track, using the waybill number sent to you via email after order confirmation.

Unforeseen circumstances, for example adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, therefore a ‘late’ delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
